Description

William Burn 1827. Simple round arched style, pinned whinstone

with stugged freestone dressings, slated. Rectangular plan,

3-window flanks, 2-window W. gable, broad gabled porch at

E. gable with rectangular Italianate tower belfry above,

3 x 2 arches with broad eaved roof. Interior: single E. gallery

on c.i. columns; original pulpit partly restyled 1923 when

interior was recast by J. Jeffrey Waddell (of Glasgow).
