Dated 1844. Single-storey whin rubble and sandstone

dressings, broad-eaved slated roof with square chimneys

(one gone); semi-detached, 2-window and 2 centre doors

with gablets elevation. Round-headed attic windows in

gables. Small shed with jerkin-head roof. Dilapidated 1969.
