Description

27 Dundee Road in Perth is an earlier 19th-century building designed in a free picturesque style. It features jerkin-head gables and is two stories high with a basement. The structure is asymmetrical and has a canted bay on the west elevation facing the river. The building is constructed from rubble and has broad-eaved slated roofs, along with shafted octagonal chimneys, some of which have been partly removed. There are also rubble-built outbuildings that now serve as a garage, as well as rubble-built garden walls that include an archway leading to Dundee Road.
