Dated 1852. Jacobethan. Large asymmetrically composed villa.

2-storey and basement to Dundee Road, three storeys to river,

single storey and basement crenellated wing on N. River front

has gabled end projections that on N with tripartite main

floor window, that on S with finialled canted bay at ground

floor and basement, recessed centre 2-windows wide.

Elaborately crowstepped entrance porch on E side.

Rubble-built with margins, slated roofs, crowstepped gables.

Unfortunate modern timber addition at S. Rubble-built garden

walls.
