Circa 1845.

Single-storey and dormerless attic L-plan harled and

whitewashed, cantilevered gable hood over doorpiece,

bay-window at Bowerswell Road gable, one attic window in

Dundee Road gable. Original glazing with wood centre

mullions, slated roof.
