Description
Pennylands, located on Bowerswell Road in Perth, is a two-storey building constructed around 1880. It features an asymmetrical design and is built from rubble with margins. The front of the building has a projecting northern gable and includes a single-storey canted bay with a balustrade. Additionally, there is an architraved doorpiece and bipartite windows. The roof is broad-eaved and covered with slate.
