Description

The Walled Garden at Altamount House Hotel, located on Coupar Angus Road in Blairgowrie, was likely built around 1866. It features a rectangular plan enclosed by semicircular and flat-coped rubble walls. Within the garden, there is a gazebo to the southeast, a conservatory to the northeast, and a modern timber stable.

The gazebo has a polygonal roof and is attached to the wall. It includes a central door made of rustic poles on the northwest side, flanked by windows, and another door on the southeast side. Inside, there are bench seats made from rustic poles and boarded timber walls.

The greenhouse is a lean-to conservatory with a finial, vertical glazing, and a tiled floor.
