Description

Blackcraig Lodge is a single-storey building designed by architect Patrick Allan-Fraser around 1856. The lodge is constructed from rubble and features crow-stepped gables. It is flanked by heavy diamond-plan rubble gatepiers topped with gothic elements and adorned with naturalistic foliage at the corners, with crouching dogs positioned on top.
