Description
Netherton Church is a Free Church Mission built in 1872, designed in the Gothic style with a four-bay rectangular plan. The church features three-light windows at the gable, an east porch, and a west session house. It is constructed from rubble with stugged freestone dressings and has a slated roof topped with a small fleche. Inside, there is no gallery, and the original furnishings remain, including a pulpit with a double stair. The building has been re-categorised as C(S) from B for its group interest in 2006, which applies to both the interior and exterior of the structure.
