110 Victoria Street, 108, Stromness is a house from the earlier 19th century that has undergone later alterations. It is a two-storey and attic structure with three bays, which has been subdivided and converted into a shop at the gabled west end. The east gable features a crowstepped design. The building is cement-rendered and lined, with the ground floor painted on the west side. There is a band cill course at the first floor on the west elevation, and the openings have cement margins.

On the south elevation, there is a deep-set timber-panelled door with an architrave and a letterbox fanlight at ground level in the central bay, with a window above it on the first floor. Each of the flanking bays has a window on both floors.

The west elevation facing Victoria Street has a modern part-glazed door with an architrave and a blocked fanlight at ground level in the central bay, flanked by two large shop windows. To the left, there is a window on the first floor with a blocked attic window above it. To the right, there is a blocked window with an attic window above, and a gablehead stack is positioned above.

The building predominantly features 12-pane timber sash and case windows. It has a grey slate roof with a stone ridge, a harled, corniced gablehead stack on the west side, a harl-pointed gablehead stack on the east side, and uPVC rainwater goods.
