Description

Earlier to mid 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay (5-bay at ground) rectangular-plan symmetrical pair of houses within terrace. Cement-rendered and lined at ground with cement margins to openings; squared and coursed rubble at 1st floor; band course between ground and 1st floor.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2-leaf timber panelled door with blocked 3-light fanlight to left of centre; timber panelled door with 3-light fanlight to right of centre; window in each bay between. Window in each bay at 1st floor.

Variety of glazing patterns including 12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; 2-pane and small-pane window at ground. Grey slate; stone ridge; small rooflights to E pitch; tall cement-rendered and lined, coped multi-flue common ridge stack to S; extended, coped, harled common ridge stack to S; uPVC rainwater goods.
