Description

Earlier to mid 19th century; later alterations. 2-storey, single bay (3-bay at ground), rectangular-plan asymmetrical crowstepped-gabled end-of-terrace house with chamfered NE angle at ground, adjoining single bay crowstepped-gabled house to S (see notes). Cement-rendered at ground; harled at 1st floor. Band course between ground and 1st floors.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set, part-glazed timber panelled door with 3-light fanlight at ground in bay to left of centre. Large window at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Large window at ground in bay to right.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: crowstepped gabled wall with window to left at 1st floor and to attic above; multi-flue gablehead stack.

Large former shop windows at ground; 12-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st floor. Stone slate; stone ridge; coped crowsteps; corniced stack to N; cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
