Description
Lawthornbank is a late Georgian, two-storey house situated beside Annick Water in Perceton. The front of the building is constructed of painted rubble with a two-window arrangement. It features skew gables, painted margins, and end strips. A plain pilaster doorpiece is present, and an inset tablet is positioned above the entrance. There is a single-storey range attached to the right side of the main house.
