Description
Evat Cottage is a single-storey, three-bay Skye-type thatched cottage, likely built in the 19th century. It features a central door and a single window in the centre of the rear wall. The cottage is constructed from rubble with roughly-squared angles and painted reveals, and it has end chimney stacks. The roof is made of heather thatch, which is netted and secured with wire and stone weights. The cottage was renovated for use as holiday accommodation after 2004.
