Description

The Duchess of Gordon's Monument, dated 1887, is a pyramidal obelisk constructed from mixed random rubble, featuring dark bullfaced quoins and a base course. An inscribed plaque has been inserted into the structure. Surrounding the base of the monument is a worn cast-iron bench seat. The approximate measurements of the monument are 18 feet by 18 feet at the base and a height of 30 feet.
