Description
23B High Street in Elgin is a low, small, two-storey house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It has three bays and is connected to the north gable of No 23A by a single-storey, three-bay block. The building is constructed of rubble and features two doors along with two small windows in the left bay of the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three piended windows that rise through the eaves as dormerheads. The house has end stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
