25B High Street in Elgin is a building from the late 18th or early 19th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three bays with a central door. The structure is made of rubble with painted stone margins. There is a blocked eaves course, and it has 12-pane sash windows. The building includes two piended dormers and is topped with a slate roof and a stone ridge.
