Description

23A High Street in Elgin is a three-storey building with an attic, dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It features a three-bay wing at the rear of No 23. The structure is built of rubble with tooled dressings. It has 12-pane and 8-pane sash windows, and includes one piended dormer.
