Description

Morlich, located at 25C High Street in Elgin, is a late 18th century building. It is two stories high with an attic and features three bays, with a central door. The structure is made of rubble with painted stone margins, and the door has geometric glazing in the fan light. The windows are predominantly 12-pane sashes, except for the central window on the first floor, which is different. The building has a blocked eaves course and two piended dormers. There are end stacks, a slate roof, a stone ridge, and crowsteps on the north gable.
