Description
25A High Street in Elgin is a building dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is three storeys tall, with a fourth storey that rises into the roof, and features four bays. The structure is made of rubble with painted chamfered margins around the windows, which are 12-pane sashes. There is a cast iron lamp bracket and lamp attached to the wall, and the eaves course is blocked. One window on the fourth floor rises through the eaves and has a piended design without a dormer. The roof is covered with slate.
