Description

This is a mid-19th century shop with living accommodation above, located on the east side of Grey's Place in Lybster. The building is two storeys and four bays wide. It is faced with rendered walls accentuated by ashlar lining. The left bay features a modern replacement door flanked by shop windows. The first floor has paired windows with 12 panes to each sash. Chimneys are located at the ends of the building, and the roof is covered with concrete tiles. The building is listed for group value only.
