Description

This is a mid-19th century, two-storey dwelling with a shop front, situated in Grey's Place, Lybster. The building is two bays wide and four bays in total, with a rendered and lined exterior finish resembling ashlar. The left bay features a modern door and flanking shop windows. The first floor has paired windows with 12-pane glazing. Chimneys are located at the ends of the building, and the roof is covered with concrete tiles. The building is listed for group value only, reflecting its contribution to the surrounding area.
