Description
This is a mid-19th century, two-storey building comprising a dwelling and a shop. It is a wide, four-bay structure with a shop situated on the right-hand side. The walls are built of coursed rubble. The windows have been enlarged, particularly those flanking the entrance door on the right. The first floor has paired windows, while the remaining windows have two panes of glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof. The statutory address is Grey's Place, Lybster Main Street, and it was formerly the shop and dwelling of A. H. Sinclair.
