Description

5 Grey’s Place is a mid-19th century terrace of four, two-bay dwellings. The symmetrical facade of No. 3 is harled and drydashed, with rendered margins. The property features paired windows with varied glazing, and has ridge and end stacks. The roof is covered with Caithness slate. The street numbers are taken from the Valuation Roll. The statutory address includes 2, 3, 6 Main Street, No. 6 Gowanhill, and the house to the right of Gowanhill.
