Description

The Commercial Hotel, located on the east side of Grey’s Place in Lybster, is a mid-19th century dwelling constructed as a symmetrical two-storey and attic, five-bay design. An entrance is positioned within the second and fourth bays. The building is dry-dashed with painted margins, and features two-pane glazing. Dormers are visible as two segmental headed structures, with end chimney stacks rising above a slate roof.
