Description

3 Grey's Place is a mid-19th century terrace of four, two-bay dwellings, arranged symmetrically. Number 3 is harled and drydashed with rendered margins. It features paired windows with varied glazing patterns and has ridge and end stacks. The roof is covered in Caithness slate. The street numbers are based on information from the Valuation Roll. The statutory address includes 2, 3, 6 Main Street, No 6 Gowanhill, and the house to the right of Gowanhill.
