Description

W R Davidson, 1903. Alterations and additions also W R

Davidson, 1923. 2 storey and attic L-plan house; harled with

bullfaced rubble to segmental head door surround; wide gabled

bay to NE front with off-centre recessed door and irregular fenestration, wing with stair windows SE. Tall chimney stacks

frame projecting gable; further stacks at SE gable.

SW elevation: symmetrical 3 bay section with recessed central

door under round arch, 2 storey canted bays and 3 flat roofed

dormers; additional 2 bays to south. Mainly 12-pane, sashes.

High harled wall screening service area with stepped ashlar

cope.

W R Davidson, 1923. Service cottage to Broombank. Single

storey and attic, a symmetrical; jerkin headed roof. Harled;

12-pane glazing; slate roof. Rubble garden wall with rounded

stone cope to three sides; Scolloped walling to Seabank Road

(NE), harled with stugged ashlar cope and rustic wood infill.

Square stugged rubble gate piers with pyramidal copes.
