Description

Moultavie is an earlier 19th century house featuring a symmetrical two-storey cruciform plan. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a slightly later re-entrant. It is entirely harled, with ashlar margins and dressings. The corniced doorway is located in the re-entrant and includes a panelled door with a simple fanlight above. The centre bays are advanced at both the front and rear, with a corniced window on the first floor. The glazing is multi-pane, and the house has paired corniced ridge stacks as well as a single end corniced stack. The roof is slate with joisted eaves. There is a modern single-storey, single-bay addition at the northeast.
