Description
The Wool Store and Fishing Station at Meanish Pier in Glendale, Skye, is likely from the early 19th century. This single-storey building with a loft is constructed from rubble with squared dressings.
On the east elevation, there is a door located off-centre to the right, accompanied by a window to its right. The west elevation features a narrow window positioned off-centre to the right on the lower floor. The south gable has a straight flight of steps leading up to the loft door, while the north gable includes one window in the gable head at the upper floor. The building has end stacks, with the southern stack being a dummy, and it is topped with a slate roof.
