This is a late 19th century house, originally a single storey with three bays, and built onto the east gable of No. 1, Mill House. The exterior is of rubble construction, though a modern harled porch now hides the central entrance. The windows are 4-pane sashes, and the roof is slate-covered, with end chimney stacks. The building is designated for group value only.
