Description

This is an earlier 19th century, single-storey, L-shaped house, formerly the Miller's house. It is constructed of rubble with tooled dressings. A later, projecting gabled porch was added to the south-east re-entrant angle, and a shallow, rectangular projecting bay window was built into the south gable in the later 19th century. The windows have 12 panes of glazing. A tall, shouldered wallhead stack is visible on the west elevation, and the end stack has been renewed in brick. The roof is slate.
