Description

The bridge at Berriedale comprises a pair of single-span rubble bridges, built around 1815 by Thomas Telford. They are situated close together at the confluence of the Berriedale and Langwell waters. Each bridge features a dressed rubble arch springing from a low dressed rubble parapet. Splayed approaches lead to the bridge. The bridges are now bypassed.
