Description
This is a later 19th century villa located at 6 High Street in Fortrose, constructed from snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. The building is two storeys high and features three bays, with a central door. The outer bays have canted bay windows on the ground floor. A balcony with an ornamental cast-iron balustrade extends across the bay windows and the central entrance. The first floor has tripartite windows in the outer bays, and all windows are topped with gablet dormerheads. The roof is piended and slated. To the south-west, there is a single-storey wing with a piended roof that has cast-iron cresting.
