Description
This is a later 19th-century villa constructed from snecked rubble. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring three bays with a prominent central bay that is topped with a gablet adorned with bargeboards. In the centre, there is a wide rectangular bay window, which is complemented by a quadripartite window above, featuring both mullions and transoms. Each of the outer bays has one window on the ground floor, and there is a band course at the first floor level. The villa also includes two flat-roofed dormers and has a slated roof with a decorative tile ridge, along with broad eaves.
