Bon Accord Villa, 6 Canonbury Terrace, Fortrose

Bon Accord Villa, located at 6 Canonbury Terrace in Fortrose, was built around 1865. This two-storey and attic villa features two bays, with the left bay slightly advanced and gabled. It has a canted parapetted ground floor bay window and a tripartite window to the right. On the first floor, there are two round-headed bipartite windows with engaged columns, stiff leaf capitals, and hoodmoulds. A Gothic-style light is situated in the apex of the gable. The building is constructed of dressed rubble with ashlar dressings, and it has decorative bargeboards and wooden finials, topped by a slated roof. There is a modern sunroom added to the west, along with a garden wall that features cast-iron railings.
