Description

Circa 1865. 2-storey and attic villa of 2 bays; left hand

bay slightly advanced and gabled with canted parapetted

ground floor bay window; tripartite to right; at first floor 2 round-headed bipartites with engaged columns, stiff leaf

capitals and hoodmoulds: Gothic light to attic in apex of

gable. Dressed rubble with ashlar dressings; bargeboards,

wooden finials; slated roof. Modern sunroom at west. Garden

wall with cast-iron railings.
