Description

1800-10. 2-storey and attic, wide 3-bay house; tooled ashlar,

polished ashlar dressings; rusticated quoins; painted on

front elevation, rubble NE gable and rear; ground floor

frontage masonry repaired with rendering, lined as ashlar.

Centre round-headed, keystoned doorway within shallow

pilastered and corniced doorpiece; fanlight, double leaf

door. Shorter 1st floor windows have blind cruciform motifs

in outer bays and shallow round headed niches flanking

centre window. 2 flat roofed canted dormers; NE gable has 3

ground floor windows, the outer being blocked; 3 smaller in

1st floor and diminutive centre attic window; all 1st

floor windows has 12-pane glazing and are linked by cill

band; 4 pane glazing in ground floor. Corniced end

stacks; slate roof.

Pilastered screen wall to left with blocked door, window and

slapped garage door.
