Description

The Berriedale Water bridge, located over the Berriedale Water at Braemore Bridge, dates to 1841. It is a single-span bridge constructed of rubble stone with dressed rubble for the arch ring. A datestone is set into the centre of the east face, with a vent positioned above it. The bridge features a dressed rubble parapet, shallow end buttresses, and splayed approaches. The approximate span of the bridge is 36 feet.
