Description
This building, located at 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, and 72 Miller Street in Glasgow, was constructed in 1877 and is a four-storey, 14-bay warehouse designed in a simple Renaissance style. The ground and first floors are finished in ashlar with channeling, while the ground floor is painted. The central entrance features a semi-circular headed door with a moulded architrave and keystone, and there is a similarly styled door to the outer left, which has a wide, panelled design. Above the ground and first floors, there are entablatures with a cornice that forms a cill course. The second and third floors are connected vertically by pilasters, and they feature arcaded upper windows. The building is topped with a bracketed cornice and a die parapet. The sash and case windows have four-pane and plate-glass glazing. At the rear, the building is finished in glazed brick, with small-pane glazing in the windows.
