Description
31 Westercraigs is a mid to late 19th century Italianate villa featuring a distinctive L-shaped front. The building is two stories high and constructed with stugged coursers and polished dressings. On the right side, there is a canted window adorned with a decorative cast-iron balcony, and the first floor has round arched windows. The villa has end stacks and a broad-eaved slate roof. Additionally, there is a boundary wall at the front, along with piers, which are also made of ashlar.
