Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey double villa, a symmetrical composition, outer bays with full-height canted windows, 3-bay houses, each house with inner door, arched shallow porches (painted to No 37) on columns with swagged capitals; bipartites in reminaing bays. Ashlar; pilastered mullions; plate glass sashes; horizontal strings between floors ; deep eaved slate roof.
