Description

21 Broompark Drive is a later 19th century two-storey double villa featuring a symmetrical design with deep canted outer bays. Each house has three bays, with an arched inner shallow porch and bipartite windows in the remaining bays that project at the ground level. The villa showcases distinctive detailing that is a simplified version of the detailing found at Nos 23-49 Broompark nearby. The building is constructed of ashlar and includes plate glass sash windows, a moulded cornice, and a slate roof, with end and axial stacks. There is a boundary wall along the street, complemented by large square gatepiers.
