Later 19th century 2-storey double villa, a symmetrical composition with deep canted outer bays; 3-bay houses, arched inner shallow porch to each house, bipartites to remaining bays, projecting at ground; distinctive detailing, simplified version of that at Nos 23-49 Broompark alongside. Ashlar; plate glass sashes; moulded cornice;l slate roof; end and axial stacks. Boundary wall to street, big square gatepiers.
