Description

23 Westercraigs is a later 19th century Italianate villa featuring a three-storey entrance tower on the left and an advanced two-storey gable alongside. The building is constructed of painted ashlar, with most openings being round-headed windows fitted with plate glass sashes. It has a shallow pitched roof that is slated and has broad eaves with block detailing. To the right, there is a plain single-storey bay, and a modern garage is located to the left at basement level due to the slope of the site.

The property is enclosed by a low boundary wall that runs along the street, which includes square piers topped with projecting caps.
