Description
27 Newark Drive is a late 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay villa featuring distinctive recessed horizontal joints that resemble those found in timber house construction. The building is made of ashlar stone and has a central porch supported by Corinthian columns. It includes shallow-arched windows with plate glass sashes and leaded upper panels, as well as a full-height canted window on the right side. The villa has end stacks and a slate roof, with a glazed billiard room located above. Additionally, there is a boundary wall with elaborately detailed gatepiers.
