Description

Later 19th century. 4-storey corner tenement with iron-

crested French roof over polygonal corner bays; shops at

ground, stone-cleaned yellow ashlar above; elevations

each with 5 single window bays, further canted

bay to Victoria Road; corniced 1st and 2nd floor windows

(plate glass sashes), richly sculptured consoles at 1st,

bracketted main cornice; rebuilt wall-head and axial

stacks; slate roofs.
