Description

This is a plain four-storey corner tenement in the "Thomsonesque" style, built around the mid-1860s. The ground floor features shops, while the upper levels are finished in polished (stone-cleaned) ashlar. The first floor has pilastered window jambs and mullions, and there is a continuous moulding at the second floor that steps over the windows. Most of the original plate glass sash windows have been replaced with uPVC windows as of 2024. The building also has a cornice, with most of the stacks rebuilt and a modern tiled roof.
