Description

Probably circa 1880. 3-storey "Thomsonesque" tenement set back from street with occasional bays canted, single windows otherwise. Stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, glazing mostly modern cast-iron balustrades at steps to doors; ground floor windows with consoled hoods, continuous moulding at 1st floor stepped over windows, pilasters rising out of jambs at 3rd floor; deep main entablature; 6-bay return elevation to right similarly detailed, recessed canted angle bay. Strengthened by H-beam at right; stacks mostly reduced in height.
