38 Ibrox Terrace in Ibrox, Glasgow, is a mid-19th century Italianate terrace designed by Charles Wilson. This unusually long, two-storey terrace is arranged in a straight row and set back from the street, featuring small front gardens. The central houses, numbered 42 to 54, have shallow projections. The buildings are constructed of ashlar and painted in individual colour schemes. Each house consists of two bays, with square-headed openings on the ground floor that have consoled hoods, and round-headed openings on the first floor set within shallow panels, featuring pilastered jambs and mullions. There are bipartite windows above each doorway and tripartite windows in every second bay, all with plate-glass sashes. The terrace includes horizontal band courses and a main cornice adorned with mutules, along with axial stacks. The roof is continuous, although some individual houses have had their original slates replaced with tiles. A break in the building stages is evident on the rear elevation between numbers 46 and 48.
