92 High Street, Leslie

92 High Street in Leslie is an 18th-century, two-storey, four-bay house that was significantly refurbished and extended around 1990. It is located next to 88 High Street on the east side. There is an elliptical arched cart pend that provides access to the house at the rear. The exterior features dry-dash with cement-rendered margins and an eaves course.

On the north elevation facing High Street, there is an arched pend on the outer right and three windows to the left, with regular window placement on the first floor. The south elevation includes a large modern extension on the right, featuring a door to the left, an adjacent window to the right, and a window above. There is also a window on the outer right at both levels and a slit window on the outer left of the first floor. Additionally, there are two stair windows in the return face, with two windows in the original structure above the pend.

The original structure has modern hardwood windows with a 12-pane glazing pattern, while the extension features plate-glass glazing with fanlights. The roof is covered with modern red pantiles, and there is a crow-stepped gable on the west side with a coped ashlar stack.
