Description

Eden Cottage, located at 27 St Andrews Road in Upper Largo, dates back to 1756. This building features two storeys and a dormerless attic, arranged in three bays. The exterior is harled with ashlar dressings. A central panelled door is set within a Gibbs surround, complete with a keystone and original 12-pane glazing. There is an attic light in the southwest gable and three windows at the rear. The north rear has crowsteps at the skew. The roof is slated, with straight skews that include beak skew putts and corniced stacks. The property also has a rubble front garden wall and a large walled garden at the rear.
